we're finally making plans for the beach after graduation. i kind of had to lie to dad about who all was going...well, didnt really have to lie, but there are guys going and i think it would be difficult to convince him to let me go if he knew that. he's fine with it, but i do have to pay. it's like 200 something + spending money + a 75.00 deposit, which isnt all that bad for how expensive it is without dividing it up- there are a lot of people going. i still have to find some way to pay though, which i should be able to because im probably getting a job soon. with sheetz! but not at their actual stores, at their offices or whatever for clerical work. mr waite asked me about it at first, and then i spoke to the guy who could really get me the job because waite would probably never get around to it. he just told me to give my number to the foreign exchange student who's staying with him, and he would call me. i could only do it on weekends and breaks though, because they're not open after i get home from practice. the position only runs through february, but who knows, maybe it can lead to something more permanent for the spring.
mere, im sorry my gb didnt work for you. i did 2 test entries and they ended up working, so i dont know what's going on. i emailed tech support. i hold out hope that oprah will, indeed, be on dave :)
well, i didnt end up going to the show tonight. suzy called and asked if i wanted to go with her if she called, and i said sure, and then she didnt call. the cookie making this morning was kinda fun, though. the recipie i brought actually worked out fairly well. im more or less bored right now, watching swordfish. hugh jackman is really hot. oh my god, they just shot halle berry! maybe they didnt really kill her though, she wasnt shot in the head or anything.
